Khala8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Khala8 platform (https://khala8.bet) and all related services, applications, and content. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Khala8 and its members.

Khala8 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified on the platform when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or interpretation, the decision of Khala8 shall be final. If you are unclear about any term, please contact our support team.

02 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Khala8:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Accounts created with false or inaccurate information may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.
• It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.

A valid Bangladeshi mobile number and email address are required at registration. Your mobile number will be verified via OTP. Khala8 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

Khala8 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe environment. Every member must complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal.

One of the following documents must be submitted for KYC:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
• Photo of the first page of a valid passport
• Driving license (where applicable)

Document verification can take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is complete. If the information provided is false or unclear, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

Khala8 may request additional documents or information if a transaction appears suspicious. This is done in the interest of both member security and platform safety.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Khala8 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 BDT
• Maximum Deposit: ৳50,000 BDT per day (subject to change in special cases)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300 BDT
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 BDT per day
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Khala8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Withdrawals from your bonus balance are not permitted until the required wagering requirements have been met after accepting a bonus.
• If a member attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means, all bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed once the validity period expires.
• Khala8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Always read the specific promotion's terms and conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules always apply when betting on Khala8:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the platform has an active cash-out feature.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Khala8 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds can change at any moment — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• For Sports Betting, internationally recognised sources are used to determine match results.
• The maximum bet amount per event is determined by Khala8.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khala8. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software
• Using bots or automated software to gain an unfair advantage in games or the betting system
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Participating in coordinated fraudulent activity against Khala8

08 Privacy

Khala8 treats the protection of members' personal information as its highest priority. Information provided during registration is used solely for account management, payment processing, and compliance with legal obligations.

09 Responsible Gaming

Khala8 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment. Betting should never be seen as a way to resolve financial difficulties or personal problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Each member can set their own daily or monthly deposit limit.
• You may take a cooling-off period of 7 to 30 days whenever needed.
• Contact the support team to request permanent self-exclusion.
• Registering an account for anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited — this rule is enforced without exception.

10 Account Closure

Members can close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account, as claiming it afterwards may be complicated.

Khala8 may unilaterally suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• If KYC information is found to be false or incomplete
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
• Under legal directive or authority order

11 Right to Modify

Khala8 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, offered services, payment methods, or any part of the platform at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Members are advised to review this page regularly.
